Claman on Call: Martoma Gets 9-Years Prison

Former SAC Portfolio Manager Mathew Martoma was sentenced by the U.S. District Judge to nine years in prison on Monday, and was ordered to forfeit $9.38 million, which he got as a bonus from SAC for his suspect trades. Former prosecutor Doug Burns joined After the Bell to talk about the sentencing and why Martoma didn't, as Burns calls it, "flip."

U.S. stocks finished mixed on Monday. The energy sector falling the most among the 10 major industry groups on the S&P 500, and having its steepest one-day drop in a month.

In tech news, China's e-commerce giant Alibaba finally hit the road. Hundreds of investors lined up outside of Manhattan's legendary Waldorf Astoria hotel to hear Alibaba's management pitch. It's part of the company's attempt to raise more than $21 billion in a public offering, which could be the largest U.S. IPO ever. FOX Business's Jo Ling Kent got a shot of a happy Jack Ma as he left the presentation, and was able to get a copy of the orange folder that investors were given.
