Goldman Sachs offers 16 weeks for new moms and 4 weeks for dads.
2. Amazon
Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) provides 20 weeks of paid maternity leave for its employees.
3. Nestle
Candy maker Nestle gives 14 weeks of paid parental leave.
4. Johnson & Johnson
Consumer products giant Johnson & Johnson (NYSE:JNJ) provides 17 weeks for moms and 9 weeks for dads.
5. eBay
eBay (NASDAQ:EBAY) provides 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
6. Microsoft
Tech giant Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) offers 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
7. KKR
Private equity giant KKR (NYSE:KKR) offers 16 weeks of paid leave to primary caregivers. The firm is also unique in that it offers new parents the option to bring their babies and caregivers on business trips per the firm's dime.

Credit Suisse (NYSE:CS) offers 20 weeks of paid maternity leave for employees as well as the Nanny Perk, allowing employees to bring their nannies and babies along on business trips.
