The Turks and Caicos property at Equity Estates is a beachfront property, with four bedrooms. The resort itself has a spa and fitness center, as well as a pool and two hot tubs.

The Naples property is a little further from the beach – about a seven-block walk or a quick golf-cart ride. It is closer to Old Naples and its stores and restaurants. Again, four bedrooms, but more bathrooms than Turks and Caicos.

Equity Estates is currently building a new facility here with a private beach and access to Jack Nicklaus golf courses. In the meantime, it’s partnering with the Blue Sea resort, which does have oceanfront properties.

This is a 5,000-square-foot property near downtown La Jolla, so close to San Diego. Equity Estates has positioned this location as good for families, since it’s close to Sea World, Universal Studios and Disneyland. They even have a Wii and pool table in the game room. The house has four bedrooms, over four levels.

This is a five-bedroom, beachfront property, with a private pool. There is both a primary kitchen and a second-floor kitchenette.

This property is in the Deer Valley ski resort, at the base of the Northside Express lift. There are five-bedrooms and six baths. The property just became available in January 2010.

This property is located in a gated resort, with access to golf and spas. For frequent visitors to Hawaii, the property is right across from the Four Seasons Resort.
