Best Buy to shut down 250 mobile stores across the US

Best Buy said it will shut 250 small mobile phone stores in U.S. malls. The cost of operations in the mobile standalone stores is higher than in the big-box stores. The mobile stores, which contributed just over 1% to the company's overall revenue, will close on May 31.

Southwest Airlines is raising the price of alcoholic beverages on its flights. Southwest. whose in-flight drink menu has always boasted the $5 happy hour, every hour, will now charge $1 or $2 more per drink. Southwest says the new prices are still $1 cheaper than most other airlines.

This doesn't apply to the taxes you're filing this year. This applies to your income going forward. For most Americans, the IRS says you don't have to do a thing. But for two-income families or people who itemize, you might want to use the new W-4 calculator to figure out if you're withholding too much money or if you want to withhold more, depending on your income and where you live. Now all of this is part of the big tax reform that was passed into law last year.
