Dow Opens Lower After 4 Straight Record Closes

U.S. stocks opened lower on Wednesday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average on track to slip after posting four straight record closes, as a dramatic post-election rally showed signs of exhaustion. The S&P 500 shed 5 points, or 0.2%, to 2,174. The Dow fell 58 points, or 0.3%, to 18,874. The Nasdaq Composite Index was down 21 points, or 0.4%, at 5,253.
