Gold Settles Lower For Fifth Day As 'Brexit' Vote Underway
Gold futures settled lower for the fifth day in a row Thursday as U.K. voters are widely expected to return a decision to stay in the European Union. Gold for August delivery settled down $6.90, or 0.5%, at $1,263.10 an ounce. Silver for July delivery , on the other hand, settled up 4.1 cents, or 0.2%, at $17.35 an ounce.
