Grain mixed on the CBOT, beef mixed, pork higher on the CME

Grain futures were lower Wednesdday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery was 8 cents lower to $5.63 a bushel; September corn was 1.4 cents lower at $4.2660 a bushel; December oats were 1 cent lower at $2.74 bushel; while November soybeans was 12.60 cents lower at 10.1220 cents a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle was .38 cent lower at $1.4678 a pound; August feeder cattle was .60 cent higher at $2.1490 a pound; August lean hogs lost .75 cent to $.7585 a pound.
