2. Coach [COH]

FOX Business Reporter / News Editor Victoria Craig says she's watching shares of Coach, which are diving 6% in the pre-market on concerns about a 13.6% drop in comparable-store sales. The high-end apparel maker has been struggling from competition from rivals like Fifth & Pacific's Kate Spade and Michael Kors.

3. Nuance Communications [NUAN]

Nuance Communications shares are roaring 7% higher in pre-market action after the maker of speech-to-text software upped its outlook for fiscal first-quarter.

4. ASML Holdings [ASML]

ASML Holdings shares are zooming close to 7% higher in the pre-market after the Dutch maker of tools to make computer chips unveiled better-than-expected quarterly results.

5. Advanced Micro Devices [AMD]

Advanced Micro Devices shares are plummeting 8% in early trading after chipmaker revealed a gloomy revenue outlook. The company has had a tough time adapting to growth in mobile devices along with slumping PC demand.
