JPMorgan's Dimon got $20.8 million in 2010

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Jamie Dimon, Chief Executive Officer of the second-largest U.S. bank by assets, saw his total compensation rise to $20.8 million in 2010, according to a regulatory filing by JPMorgan Chase & Co <JPM.N>.

He received only $1.3 million in total compensation in 2009, according to the filing.

Dimon's salary remained at $1 million. In 2010, however, he received a $5 million bonus, nearly $8 million in stock awards and $6.2 million in option awards.

Dimon's 2010 total compensation is below his 2008 total of $35.8 million.
