Kimberly Clark boosting quarterly dividend by 4.8 percent to 88 cents per share

Kimberly-Clark is raising its quarterly dividend by 4.8 percent to 88 cents per share from 84 cents per share.

The dividend will be paid on April 2 to shareholders of record on March 6.

Kimberly-Clark Corp. said Thursday that this is the 43rd straight year that it is increasing its dividend.

The Dallas company's brands include Scott, Huggies, Kotex and Kleenex.
