Lazard Board Hikes Quarterly Dividend By 9%

Lazard Ltd. said late Wednesday its board approved a 9% quarterly dividend increase. The new 38-cents-a-share dividend is payable May 13 to shareholders of record as of May 3. Lazard shares were unchanged at $39.56 after hours.
