Mortgage Rates Little Moved As 30-year Averages 3.85%

Mortgage rates were little changed, Freddie Mac reported Thursday. The 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 3.85%, down from 3.86%, and the 15-year fixed-rate mortgage slipped a basis point to 3.07%. The 5-year Treasury-indexed hybrid adjustable rate mortgage stayed at 2.91% and the 1-year Treasury-indexed ARM averaged 2.53%.
