State Of Emergency Declared In Missouri

Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon has declared a state of emergency, ahead of the findings of criminal investigations into the death of Michael Brown. In an executive order, Nixon said there's a possibility of expanded unrest regardless of the outcomes of federal and state criminal investigations.
