Worker killed in New York City elevator accident; police say the 30-year-old man was pinned

Authorities say a worker has been killed in an elevator accident in New York City.

Police say the 30-year-old man was pinned between two elevators at around 11:30 a.m. Friday in a Manhattan building.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

His name was not immediately released.
