Lance Armstrong’s $14M Aspen home for sale
The property is more than 5,800 square feet
Former pro cyclist Lance Armstrong is selling his Colorado home for $14.5 million.
In a 2019 tour for Architectural Digest, Armstrong showed off the two-story Aspen property, which includes an upscale art collection featuring pieces by Banksy and Kehinde Wiley.
The home is more than 5,800 square feet, has five-and-a-half bedrooms, each with a private bath, as well as a wine cellar, hot tub, dedicated gaming room for children and an office that he used as a studio for his audio show “The Forward Podcast,” according to Realtor.com.
It also includes indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, per a review in Daily Mail, and is equipped with a number of French doors that open to fenced-in yards and outdoor patios.

The home is located near the Aspen Institute and based on the Gunnison National Forest and White River National Forest. It’s about a four-hour drive from Denver.

Armstrong isn’t the only celebrity who has taken to Aspen, one of the most expensive ski towns in the country. Candy mogul William Wrigley Jr. and casino magnate Neil Bluhm have called it home, and the median home price there is nearly $2 million, per Zillow.

Armstrong, a seven-time Tour de France winner, was stripped of his titles, including a 2000 Olympic bronze medal, after being charged with doping by the US Anti-doping Agency.
