An enormous mansion in a celebrity-filled Malibu, California, neighborhood recently hit the market for $115 million.
The 10,646-square-foot home includes 12 bedrooms and 14 full bathrooms on 2.6 gated acres that include ocean frontage, according to the listing with Drew Mandile of The Mandile and Knapp Team at Sotheby’s International Realty.

The compound known as Mar de Amor is owned by David Saperstein, The Wall Street Journal reported. He’s the founder of Metro Networks, a company that provided radio reports to thousands of affiliate stations. The neighborhood’s homeowners also reportedly include Leonardo DiCaprio, Courteney Cox, John McEnroe, music mogul Jimmy Iovine, movie producer Frank Mancuso and Los Angeles Rams owner Stan Kroenke with Walmart heiress Ann Walton Kroenke.
Inside, guests come into a two-story entry that features marble floors and an 18-foot-tall crystal chandelier surrounded by a circular staircase. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the ocean, coast and infinity pool from the open living, dining and bar room.
