Inside Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz’s $10.5M Beverly Hills mansion
The $10.5 million “wellness” mansion in Beverly Hills with its own juice bar is a 7,700-square-foot home with five bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms and all the right crystals to “purify and neutralize unwanted energy”
Perhaps the only sign of commitment more intense than wearing your significant other’s tooth as jewelry is buying a house with your partner.
Model and photographer Brooklyn Beckham and actress Nicola Peltz have displayed some unconventional signs of commitment in the past, such as wearing those toothy necklaces and getting tattoos for each other.
But they took a decidedly traditional step as a couple last week — buying a home together, albeit a $10.5 million "wellness" mansion in Beverly Hills with its own juice bar, sources familiar with the deal told The Post. The sale has not yet hit government property records, but it has been posted on Realtor.com’s listing records.
The 7,700-square-foot home has five bedrooms, 5½ bathrooms and all the right crystals to "purify and neutralize unwanted energy," according to the listing by Compass’ Alex Santaniello and Carl Gambino, who declined to comment for this story.

The museumlike house was developed by Micah McDonald and was constructed and designed by Jason and Sonya Powell of the James Group. It was given smooth lines and rounded transitions to create a feng shui balance, according to the listing.
Glass doors open to a foyer centralized around a smoky quartz crystal on a pedestal. Gem spiritualists believe this kind of rock combats fear, depression and negativity, according to online blogs.
The foyer offers views straight to the backyard, eclipsed by a modern chandelier that drips from the ceiling over a descending staircase, photos show.
To the right of the entry is a sitting room with a fireplace and built-in television. To the left is a glossy, white kitchen with gold accents, a bar with seating and a breakfast nook table.
Beyond the foyer is an glass-enclosed sitting room that doubles as a covered patio by opening up its glass doors.
Down the spiral staircase in the foyer is a juice bar with a sitting room, which opens to a private theater.
Amenities include a white crystal quartz massage and healing room, a yoga and gym room, a soaking tub, a dry sauna, a steam room and a relaxation space.
Outside, the 0.37-acre lot has a saltwater pool, an outdoor dining area and a small lawn.
The house offers extra outdoor space with a covered patio, balconies and a large roof deck that provides extra dining, lounging and even a meditation circle made of gravel in a labyrinth pattern.
The 22-year-old model Beckham and his 26-year-old fiancée have been engaged for one year. "Transformers" star Peltz plans to wear a wedding dress designed by future mother-in-law Victoria Beckham for their nuptials, which were postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, Page Six reported last year. Peltz’s engagement ring is believed to be a $250,000 five-carat, emerald-cut diamond.

Beckham, whose net worth is unknown, is the son of Spice Girls singer Victoria Beckham and former English soccer pro David Beckham. He has modeled for Vogue and Burberry and also is a photographer, known for his controversial book "What I See." Before Peltz, he reportedly dated American actress Chloë Grace Moretz, dancer Lexy Panterra and musician Hana Cross.
Beckham has at least five tattoos honoring Peltz, including her eyes on the back of his neck, a love note from his "future wifey" and her late grandmother’s name, Page Six previously reported. He also wears a ring with Peltz’s first name on it and sports one of her gold-dipped wisdom teeth around his neck.
Peltz, whose net worth is also unknown, is the daughter of billionaire investor Nelson Peltz. She is known for her roles in the 2014 film "Transformers: Age of Extinction," the 2010 film "The Last Airbender" and, most recently, the 2020 Netflix rom-com "Holidate."
Peltz, who has "Brooklyn" tattooed on her upper back, explained their matching teeth necklaces created by Los Angeles-based jeweler Anita Ko, by saying, "All of our wisdom stuck in a tooth" in a Vogue video, Page Six reported.
