He's since been identified as Polansky and was spotted talking to Lady Gaga's mom, Cynthia Germanotta, while the pop star headlined the 10th annual AT&T TV Super Saturday Night on eve of the Super Bowl, according to Page Six.

Polansky's resume seems to be intertwined with Napster co-founder and former Facebook president Sean Parker. Parker has turned much of his vast wealth toward finding a cure for cancer through his Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy. Polansky is listed as the head of a handful of Parker's organizations connected to the fight against cancer and other public interest ventures.
