A $17.5 million estate on the market in the Tampa, Fla., suburbs is ideal for auto enthusiasts.

The 36-acre property known as “The Oaks” sits on the bank of Lake Thonotosassa and  it includes a seven-car garage, a separate 20-car museum and a lakefront race track, according to the listing with Smith & Associates Real Estate. It was formed by combining four contiguous properties.
