Olivia Dunne’s Livvy Fund makes partnership with Accelerator Active Energy to deliver NIL deals for teammates

Accelerator is the first brand to work NIL deals through the Livvy Fund

LSU gymnast and social media star Olivia Dunne’s "Livvy Fund" and Accelerator Active Energy announced a partnership on Tuesday that will deliver a first-of-its-kind NIL deal to several of her gymnast teammates.

Accelerator Active Energy is the first brand to do NIL deals through the Livvy Fund, which will make eight different LSU gymnasts ambassadors of the energy drink company.

It was Dunne who chose to help her fellow gymnasts benefit from the Livvy Fund. Bayou Traditions and Accelerator also helped put together the criteria for the selection of the specific gymnasts.

The eight gymnasts are Konnor McClain, the reigning all-around national gymnastics champion, Ashley Cowan, Jillian Hoffman, Chase Brock, KJ Johnson, Haleigh Bryant, Sierra Ballard and Kiya Johnson.

The Livvy Fund launched earlier this year to help connect female student athletes at LSU with top brands to secure their own NIL deals, and there’s no female student athlete right now who is valued more than Dunne.

Dunne’s NIL valuation is at $3.2 million, per On3, which is the most for a female student athlete and third-most across the country. Only USC’s Bronny James ($5.9 million), the son of NBA All-Star LeBron James, and Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders ($4.8 million), the quarterback star for Deion Sanders’ Buffaloes, are valued higher.

Dunne is also joined by fellow LSU Tiger Angel Reese, the women’s basketball star who just signed on with Reebok. She’s worth $1.7 million.

The Livvy Fund was a passion project for Dunne as she enters her senior year at LSU.

She wanted to leverage her various business connections that have emerged due to her popularity across social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, while educating her fellow female student athletes on partnerships and personal branding, which are allowed now per the NCAA’s rules, to help them make money off their own name, image and likeness.

Dunne and Accelerator Active Energy partnered earlier this year, as she joined the likes of Travis Kelce, Jalen Hurts, Aaron Judge and others on their roster of brand ambassadors.
